On Saturday, December 14th, 130 competitors arrived at Eldora mountain to try their luck at pro snowboarder Pat Moore's "Methodology, presented by Vans" speed and style event. This unique, nation-wide series, is designed for all ages and supports the prosperity of vital snowboarding communities and the lives of those in them.

Riders were greeted by free waffles from Vans, and an immaculately sculpted banked slalom course created by the Woodward Eldora terrain park staff—plus 5" of fresh snow—just to keep things interesting.

After a half day of tight turns and even tighter methods on the course's bottom dual hip feature, participants were awarded with over $10k in prizes and giveaways.

Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Green Block Project—an organization committed to supporting the local skateboarding community in beautiful Boulder, Colorado.

Thanks again to our sponsors: Vans, Volcom, K2, Electric, DrinkTanks, Traegar Grills, Snowboarder Magazine and Satellite Boardshop
