We are so excited to welcome you back to another winter at Eldora, the backyard winter playground for Colorado’s Northern Front Range. This season will be unlike any other, so we want to make sure you have all the information, tips, and tricks you need to make your first day, and every day, go smoothly. Here’s what you need to know.

1) MAKE A PARKING RESERVATION

• Parking reservations are required on weekends this winter.

• Reservations are per vehicle, not per person. Only one is needed per vehicle, per day.

• CARS WITHOUT RESERVATIONS (ON WEEKENDS) WILL BE TURNED AWAY, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. Thanks for your understanding!

• If you arrive without a reservation on a weekend day without parking availability, please come back another day after making a valid reservation.

• If you arrive without a reservation on a weekend day with parking availability, please make a reservation before attempting to enter the resort.

• You can learn more about the reservation process, and make reservations, at eldora.com/parking.

• Each guest can book 7 long-term “Advance Days” and 7 short-term “Week-Of” reservations for the 7 days immediately ahead

• Even vehicles that are “just dropping off” skiers/riders need a reservation. No exceptions will made and walk-ins will not be allowed.

• Plans have changed? Make sure you cancel reservations you don’t plan to use to avoid no-show penalties—which include loss of future reservation privileges—and hook up your fellow skiers and riders with a spot.

2) BEFORE YOU LEAVE HOME...

• PACK YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD—NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR PURCHASES OF ANY KIND

• Plan to use your car as the lodge. Entry to buildings will be extremely limited.

• Sign up for Eldora text alerts: Text "ELDORA" to 64600 for parking inventory updates, terrain openings, weather, and more!

• Check eldora.com for updates and info.

• Download our 2020/21 trail maps: Alpine Map & Nordic Map

• Pack everyone’s gear! Rentals will not be available for at least the first week, and will be available online in advance only thereafter.

• Pack your facemasks! Multi-layer masks are the most effective.

• If you’re wearing a Buff-type neck gaiter, it will need to be doubled-over.

• Masks are required in all indoor and outdoor public spaces at Eldora, except when eating or actively engaged in skiing/riding.

• Pack everyone’s lunch and snacks. Foodservice will be extremely limited.

• Pull up your reservation so you’re ready to be scanned quickly and efficiently.

• Screenshot your pass, display it in the ParkWhiz app, or print it out. Make sure your phone screen is as bright as possible.

3) ARRIVE LIKE A PRO

• RTD service is extremely limited this year, with no backup buses and drivers and only 20 passengers allowed per bus. If you normally take RTD to Eldora, your best bet is to plan another way up.

• Have your pass ready to be scanned in order to help keep traffic moving.

• Present your QR code to the attendant with the scanner.

• Proceed as directed to your parking space and get cozy—your car is your lodge!

4) YOUR CAR IS YOUR LODGE

• Building entry will be EXTREMELY LIMITED and available mainly for restroom use only.

• Make your car a comfy place to suit up, boot up, enjoy snacks and lunch, and hang out when you’re not on the hill.

5) OBSERVE ALL COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS

• As of Opening Day, November 23, Boulder County is in Level Red, which means “severe risk.”

• As a result, we are taking COVID-19 precautions very seriously.

• Maintain social distance at all times.

• Wear facemasks! Masks must be multi-layered and thoroughly cover nose and mouth at all times.

• Wearing a mask at all times protects you AND respects and protects your fellow skiers and riders and our hardworking staffers.

• Masks are required in all indoor and outdoor public spaces at Eldora, except when eating or actively engaged in skiing/riding.

• Multi-layer masks are the most effective. If you’re wearing a Buff-type neck gaiter, it will need to be doubled-over.

• Stay safe in lift mazes and while riding lifts. Observe all signage and load as directed by lift operators.

• Keep masks on and maintain physical distance from guests all around you. Load only with people you drove with, or ride alone.

Above all, please help us protect the season by staying vigilant and observing all of our health and safety protocols. We want to get open and stay open, and we need your help to do that.

Thanks so much for your cooperation. Our top priority is the health and safety of our guests, staff, and community. If we all work together, we can enjoy a full, fun season doing what we love with the people we love.

Thanks, and we’ll see you on the hill!
