Nederland, Colorado (March 18, 2021) – Eldora, the backyard winter playground for Colorado’s Northern Front Range, announced that, effective today, parking access Monday through Friday is first-come, first-serve, and that reservations will continue to be required Saturdays and Sundays in order to ensure a great experience and provide the assurance of a spot to park upon arrival. Spring skiing and riding will be offered through Closing Day, April 18, and with 6’ of new snow over the past 6 weeks, conditions are fantastic.
“Our entire community stepped up in a big way this season, and that meant we’ve been able to enjoy time on the mountain doing what we love with the people we love,” says Brent Tregaskis, Eldora’s president and general manager. “Parking reservations have not only helped to ensure the wellbeing of our community by managing the number of people at the resort, they have also created a great guest experience, with the assurance of a parking spot upon arrival and plenty of room to enjoy the mountain.”
Parking reservations continue to be required to access Eldora on Saturdays and Sundays, and guests with weekend reservations can rest assured that they’ll have a parking spot waiting for them and plenty of room to spread out on the mountain when they arrive. Weekend parking can be booked at Eldora.com/parking, with additional parking for the coming weekend released every Monday at 10:00 AM. For guests who book private or group lessons on weekends, Eldora will provide concierge parking reservations.
Spring at Eldora is always the best time of year, with wide open slopes, plenty of parking, a season’s worth of snowfall, great weather, the possibility of more big storms, and easy in-and-out access for Front Range skiers and riders. And with more than two feet of snow over the weekend of March 13–14, spring at the Front Range’s favorite local ski area has never looked better.
2021/22 Season Passes and 4-Passes are now on sale, with best pricing available through May 11. Both can be purchased at Eldora.com.
